I really don’t think Channel 4 handled that story well. It was just so disgustingly upbeat and chirpy for the most part. And I understand that that Jess girl obviously wanted to share her story, but her tone really didn’t convey the emotion and trauma that her and “Alice” went through. I don’t know, I just think the whole take on the story was half hearted and belittling.
